Our yosemite Journey- August 8th-16th
Join Catherine Cunningham, PhD naturalist, wildlife whisperer, and wilderness guide as we explore the High Sierra backcountry and Yosemite nature sanctuary. Gift yourself a full 7 days to nurture your connection to nature and to remember your own true human nature. In the quiet alpine landscape time slows, our senses awaken, our heart relaxes, and we can breathe in more deeply Nature’s healing life force.
Together, we will hike a moderate 7-mile/day (average) route from our Yosemite Valley starting point, switchback up the iconic Yosemite falls to the sacred headwaters of Indian Creek, wrap around the glacially polished granite batholiths down to Tenaya Lake and around the backside of Half Dome to Little Yosemite Valley, crossing rivers and forests and waterfalls. We will stop often and camp at special locations to immerse ourselves in a sweet selection of sensory, soulful, social, strength-building, stress-releasing earthing and forest bathing experiences in Nature.
Come curious, awake, and open to new ways of walking in the world.

Our Latest Trips
This is the best time to be in the High Sierra, California. The days are still long and warm, the high mountain flowers are blooming, most of the snow has melted into the cool running rivers, and the alpine is alive with wildlife.
